YES – You can buy a gun during gun ban. You will need a Certificate of Authority (exemption) to Transport your firearm to your place of residence. We can help you with this.

IMPORTANT UPDATE (3/10/2016): ComElec Exemption is currently taking more than 10 days. ComElec is in the process of changing the required documents to simplify the process. We will keep you posted.

If you have already bought a firearm from us, we will follow up for you and let you know if there is any additional paperwork needed.

If you see a status of DENIED on your application, don’t be alarmed. Application will be resubmitted by PB Dionisio as soon as Comelec finalizes the process.
