Buying a firearm from a private individual? P.B.Dionisio Gun Store can help you complete the change of gun ownership.

You will need to submit the following in order to proceed with the transfer of ownership:

  1. Deed of Sale (notarized) – We have the form for this.
  2. Affidavit of Transfer (notarized) – We have the form for this.
  3. Stencil – We can do this for you, but we’ll need the firearm.
  4. Seller’s Original Firearm License Card

Qualifications:

Private Employee/ Individual

  1. Certificate of Employment
  2. ITR

Government Employee

  1. Appointment Order/Government ID
  2. Duty Status/Oath of Office
  3. Certification with no pending Case

Professional

  1. PRC ID
  2. PTR

Businessman

  1. Business Permit/Mayors Permit
  2. DTI/SEC Registration/Financial Statement

Submission of the requirements can be done here at our Processing Section for P6,000.00, then we have to take the Gun Safety Seminar picture of the for your new license.

Processing takes 20 working days then the license card will be delivered to you through the courier, Werfast.
