    I just came from Crame this morning to get my neuro and drug test. I ask the personnel there about the Gun Safety Seminar and they said that if I am renewing my LTOPF, I don’t need the GSS anymore. Is this correct? But upon checking the on-line submission of the requirements, the GSS certificate is among those needed before the “Submit” button can be pressed. What can you say about this?

    Follow up question- When I created my on-line account with the FEO Services, I entered my old LTOPF number (which expired 2 yrs ago) but the message says the file does not exist. So I ended up in the new application category which requires me to submit a GSS certificate. How can I remedy this problem so I don’t have to go though another GSS?

    Hello Good Morning. plan to take the online GSS, paid already sent via viber. Thought that i will access the videos so that i can read prior to the scheduled day of actual exam and firing a pistol. seems i cannot find the scheduled day i want to be in nor cannot access the online videos, Have sent a viber message already got a reply-“will follow-up” Am i missing a page or there is something wrong, needs clarification or instruction on how i can proceed. thanks

    1. Does LTOPF “only” require NBI clearance?
    2. Is it ok to apply for LTOPF without PTCFOR for now since I don’t have a Firearm yet?

      1. NBI Clearance is requirement for your LTOPF or PTCFOR. If you do not have it yet, you can still complete the other requirements at the LTOPF Caravan. You can submit the NBI Clearance at a later date.

    1. Does LTOPF caravan mean we will finish the whole process and receive the license card within the day? (given that all requirements were complete)

    2. I’m already subscribed with the Online Gun Safety Seminar. Shall I just continue with the exam on the same day at the caravan?

      1. Not same day, sir. You will need to submit all the requirements, then approval process takes 2 to 3 weeks.

    Nasa P.B. Dionisio Don A Roces ako yesterday para sa gun safety seminar at actual firing. Impressed ako sa employees nila mula sa security guard hanggang sa mga nag assists sa akin sa gun safety seminar. Very courteous and helpful sila.

    How to validate po ng Gun Safety Seminar Certificate po? Last June 24 po kmi ngtake ng seminar and we have the certificate na po. Kpag inuupload nmin s site for Ltopf application hinahanap p kmi ng validation ng certificate nmin.
